Forget about self Service, the drop off box has been broken and locked for over 3 years, after I scanned a package in a hurry I couldn’t even drop it off because the box is locked and the employee I spoke to behind a door who heard me wouldn’t take it, said had to come back when they opened. Waste of time, had to drive to another location to drop it off.

It is Christmas time and the line is out the door, the ONE person in the counter taking care of the public, is taking long to service each customer while the line keeps growing. Terrible, terrible place. I rather drive to another post office because of the issues in this one. I have been living in West Kendall for 32 years and the service in this post office has gotten worse and worse. I would give a 0 stars review if that was an option. Skip this place!
