- JJJaySep 26, 20251.0This is by far the worst USPS in South Florida. Dora who is constantly mentioned over and over in negative reviews…. but somehow still has a job was terrible. Dora and Berri were both denying a service that is clearly allowed as per their website and postal code. I showed both of them their website which clearly states I can send cash via regular mail under $500 and don’t need to use registered mail unless it’s over $500. They were forcing me to pay $21 to send 6$ in cash via registered mail to Tallahassee for a government form. They didn’t care and provided me a ripped paper with a phone number to call snapper creek USPS to talk to “Alex” their manager. As you know, you can’t reach any managers via phone. Alex, if you see this, do a better job with your employees and have them follow the actual company policy that you have posted at your locations. Clearly they are being misled by your incompetence. Hundreds of reviews mentioning Dora and her customer service and I’m sure nothing is being done. I can’t wait for the postal service to completely fall apart, it’s evident none of you care to serve the people who pay your salaries.
