Worst Post office in Kendall. Very poor service. After hours drop off are always locked so you HAVE to go during open hours. Always long lines because the staff has no sense of urgency.

This persona at the postal branch delivers the worst customer service experience. The employee at the first counter on the left , the blonde hair, consistently treats customers with open disrespect. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No basic courtesy. Questions receive dismissive looks or short answers with an aggressive tone. Requests for guidance lead nowhere. No explanation. No effort. No interest in helping. Customers leave confused because no information gets provided. Manners are absent. Professional conduct is absent. Eye contact feels confrontational. Body language signals annoyance from the moment a customer approaches the counter. Speaking to the public seems like an inconvenience for this employee. A public service role requires patience, communication, and respect. None of those standards show up here. Someone who shows this level of hostility toward customers should not work in a front facing position. This experience repeats every visit. The pattern feels intentional, not accidental. Management should address this immediately, since behavior like this damages trust and reflects poorly on the entire branch.

The worst USPS. Customer service is terrible, only one person working at the counter. Forget about self Service, the drop off box has been broken and locked for over 3 years, after I scanned a package in a hurry I couldn’t even drop it off because the box is locked and the employee I spoke to behind a door who heard me wouldn’t take it, said had to come back when they opened. Waste of time, had to drive to another location to drop it off.

Always a long line and one older guy in a bad mood taking care of the line on his own. It is Christmas time and the line is out the door, the ONE person in the counter taking care of the public, is taking long to service each customer while the line keeps growing. Terrible, terrible place. I rather drive to another post office because of the issues in this one. I have been living in West Kendall for 32 years and the service in this post office has gotten worse and worse. I would give a 0 stars review if that was an option. Skip this place!
