You can't find anybody to talk to about your concern. I was expected to receive my order and I stayed home all day no delivery. I surprised this morning when I tracked the order to this comment "no delivery access. Usps has the code of the building 660nw 177th St apt 144 Miami Gardens FL 33169.

Gracias. —- I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the staff at this post office. On several occasions, I have witnessed and experienced unprofessional treatment toward customers, especially when requesting the use of a scanner or other basic services. I believe the staff should show more willingness and respect, as we all come seeking solutions, not problems. It would be advisable to better evaluate the selection and training of the team to provide a friendlier and more efficient service. Thank you.

It's a shame you have to give stars to leave a review. This place has the worst service and treats you terribly, starting with the supervisor in the back where you drop off your packages. You're supposed to scan everything at the end of the day, but he never has a scanner, and on top of that, he yells at you and treats you like you're his dad. I really don't understand how people can treat the public so badly. It seems like they don't get any training or instruction on how to treat customers well.

18640 NW 2nd Ave Miami FL 33169….This is probably the nicest post office I have ever been to. I accidentally put my To and From label incorrectly on my box and . The post office lady let me know and them proceeded to cut it off after I had taped it on and rearrange it on the box correctly to where the To was on top and From was at the bottom. I know dumb of me to print it that way but it happened ! lol.. anyhow she could have just taken it and not said anything or asked me to fix it and come back, but instead she took her time and fixed it for me. I was like 10th in line and had been watching them interact with the clients ahead of me . I watched one fill out a persons change of address because the lady was having issues seeing, then I watched the other agent give a lady packing tape to tape their label onto their box as well, (My office had me buy a whole roll before ) then meanwhile took on another client who didn’t have sufficient stamps on returned invites, and she calculated each envelope and only charged him the difference of the weight of the envelope and not have him waste money putting on a whole new stamp on each and then placed each one on the envelopes for the gentleman. They asked the lady who had now taped her label on the box to come back in line. I noticed how they were so patient with every client before I got to my agent. I’m still in shock as to how amazingly nice they were to every client and this is at 1:18pm and they close at 1:30pm .. they were not rushing to close , they just literally took their time with everybody and gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced in the US post office in all my life and I’ve been to plenty. I was so overwhelmed I thought it was only fair to give them this review ... Amazing job ladies! I just wish all post offices were the same.
