Hands down, the worst service ever. My package arrived on Thursday, and they can’t seem to find it, telling me to come back, that they are missing a key. Its been 5 days and they still can’t seem to find my package. I advise everyone to avoid this USPS location, it will save you time and a bad headache.

SI no quieren trabajar quédense en casa

I recently experienced one of the most disappointing customer service interactions I’ve ever had at one of your locations. The employee at the counter refused to scan my shipping label simply because it was slightly curved around the edge of the package. When I asked if she could manually enter the barcode number, she declined and also refused to provide a confirmation receipt. When I requested my package back so that I could take it to another location, another staff member returned it to me — at which point the original employee began laughing and mocking me in front of others. I found this behavior to be completely unprofessional and disrespectful. While I can describe the individual as a heavy-set, black woman with tattoos, my concern is the unacceptable conduct displayed. This type of behavior reflects poorly on USPS and undermines the trust customers place in your service. I strongly urge USPS management to review the professionalism and customer service standards at this location to ensure that future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

This is by far the worst USPS office I have ever been to. Today I tried twice, at completely different times, to send a package and it was impossible. The only person working at the counter kept disappearing to the back, leaving the line unattended until people simply gave up and left. On another occasion, they refused to give me a package and marked it as if I had requested it to be held. They demanded that I come at a very specific time of day to speak to a driver in order to receive it. Later, they marked that they could not find the address and returned the package. Definitely the worst USPS office I’ve ever experienced.
