I don't know own if the problem comes from poor customer service training of employees or with employee conduct itself. Regardless I will not be returning ever to this location because of what I experienced. I will not bother filing any complaints because my gut tells me it would just escalate the confrontational attitude. To the cashier who behaved this way. I am praying that both you and I do not carry such anger in our hearts over this or anything else in our lives.

I have witnessed that music was being played by the staff behind the counter and the attendant was too busy singing along to Beyoncé whilst taking a personal phone call on his AirPods to effectively or efficiently handle my simple packaging. This post office needs to be investigated for compliance.
