I have witnessed that music was being played by the staff behind the counter and the attendant was too busy singing along to Beyoncé whilst taking a personal phone call on his AirPods to effectively or efficiently handle my simple packaging. This post office needs to be investigated for compliance.

Mind you there was no one behind me in line like no one else they had to attend to. My bad can you not scan a QR code last time I checked that was your job.
