Most of the staff at this location are nice, friendly, and helpful, which we truly appreciate. However, during a recent visit,on a Monday Morning we were assisted by a staff member on the morning shift who was extremely loud and aggressive in her approach. She was pressuring customers to select only the “happy” and “positive” option on the survey before making a payment.
The survey should be a tool that allows customers to share honest feedback and experiences—whether positive or negative—without feeling forced or intimidated. Being pressured to give only positive responses makes the survey meaningless and creates an uncomfortable experience for customers.
We hope this concern can be addressed, as most of the team here does a great job and deserves genuine feedback for their service.
