    Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life, they look at you don’t even acknowledge you and they take their sweet time despite the long lines. People have no work ethic here.

    This is by far the WORST post office I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. The staff is rude, and the mail carriers seem unable to properly read or follow addresses. It feels as though there is little to no accountability. We have a large, clearly marked mailbox outside my place of business designated for all mail and packages. Despite this, the mail carrier brought my package to my job, then marked it as “address unknown” and returned it to the sender instead of leaving it in the mailbox. When I went to the post office to ask for an explanation, I was given none. The staff could not explain why the package wasn’t left with the rest of the mail and appeared unsure and unprepared. The only response I received was, “We have different mail carriers,” which does not justify or explain what happened. Overall, this location shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

    Carriers will mark packages as "delivered" then never deliver them. Then you get to wait in line for 45 minutes with ten other people whose packages were also "lost". There's a slight chance they'll find them, however most times they'll give you a real shitty attitude and say it must somehow be *your* fault that *they* lost your package. Funnily enough it's always the high value packages that get "lost". If you've experienced this, contact Postal OIG and report these people. Because for this place to be this bad, it's gotta be either outright theft or gross incompetence/negligence. Would give negative stars if possible.
