For as busy as this location is and all the customer crazies I encountered while I was here, I must say, compared to the Brickell Bay location, I am impressed by the way the staff handles really odd situations. The postal clerks here are loud *shrugs* BUT you can tell they enjoy their job, and are here to help people!!! Was I annoyed to wait in line 30 mins for this man’s package to be found? -yes…… but the postal clerk found it for him! -So it’s a really good day for that man! And I didn’t even gain a grey hair in waiting my turn… life goes on. I really enjoyed seeing the clerks work to help people at this location. I think pertaining to this location, directness is confused with rudeness……. People aren’t used to people being direct and straightforward, but it’s definitely a requirement at this location. Thanks pretty lady who helped me get my certified mail today🫶🏼

If your package ends up at this location, be ready for a frustrating experience. My signature-required package was sent here, and it turned out to be one of the worst post offices I’ve visited. There’s always a long line, often requiring a wait of 45 minutes or more just to reach the counter. After that, the service is extremely slow, and there’s only about a 50/50 chance they’ll actually find your package. No one should dread a trip to the post office, but this place seriously needs major improvements—ASAP.

I ordered an order from Temu. It was a large order that was split up into 4 shipments. The only shipment I did NOT receive was the order shipped via USPS. The other 3 were independent contractors. One of which was a non-English speaking driver. She called me using the number that was printed on my package. She said “Outside-Temu”. I then went outside and got my package. There was no such attempt made with the post office. All I got was a message that they could not deliver the package nor could they figure out where it was because it wasn’t at the post office. Living in the time that we are living in….THIS is not the time to prove yourself as being inefficient.

Horrible they will mark your package as delivered a day early just so they meet their quota even though it hasn’t delivered. It’s about time. USPS takes action against this.
