I come to this location often and they never let you answer the customer service question on the touch screen, they always do it for you before you even get a chance and they put the green smiley face every time, which is not a true reflection of the customer service provided there.

I printed a prepaid shipping label at home, packed everything properly, attached the label, and brought the package in. All they had to do was scan it. Instead, the package was not actually shipped for two weeks after I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, this location regularly closes earlier than its posted hours. Today it was 4:50 PM, and the office was already closed 10 minutes early, even though the schedule says it should be open until 5:00 PM. For a government service, this is extremely unprofessional. Terrible management and zero accountability. Something seriously needs to change in how this place is run.
