Young lady with braces is very rude when I asked her if she could check if the address was clear enough she didn’t even looked at it and started complaining and being rude… on top of that she gave me no instructions at all and was very very rude on the way she was talking to me and other costumers.

Formal Complaint – Request for Management Review and Reorganization I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service at this USPS location. On multiple occasions, staff have been consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The overall environment feels unwelcoming, as if customers are an inconvenience for simply using USPS services. There is a clear lack of customer service standards, accountability, and leadership. This reflects poorly on USPS and creates unnecessary frustration for the public. I respectfully request a review of this location’s management and staff, and consideration for reorganization, retraining, or leadership changes. This office would greatly benefit from employees and management who take pride in their work and understand the importance of public service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this USPS location. I asked a simple question about where my package was, and instead of receiving basic assistance, I was treated with rudeness and clear annoyance. The employee avoided eye contact, responded in a cold and dismissive manner, and made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking for information. As a customer, I expect at least the minimum level of courtesy and professionalism, especially from someone whose job is to assist the public. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. USPS should seriously address how customers are treated at this location.

Terrible experience. A few minutes ago, I came in to ask how to ship a briefcase weighing approximately 70 pounds to Texas. The staff clearly told me to bring the briefcase in so they could weigh it and give me a price. I immediately returned carrying the briefcase, making an unnecessary effort, and only then was I informed that they couldn't ship it there and that I had to go to another post office. It's completely unacceptable that they give incorrect information and waste the customer's time and effort. If I had received proper guidance from the beginning, I wouldn't have gone through this situation. Very poor organization and very poor service. I do not recommend this place.

Very bad service, they charge you for 3 centimeters of tape to close your package, My return says you do not need an additional box or bag to return and she insisted that I had to buy additional box, if you ask me I do not recommend it👎🏻👎🏻
