No recomendable.

Today at 3:20 PM, I visited the USPS branch at 7501 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33183, and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. There were three employees working: a gentleman who was courteous and helpful, a lady processing packages who did her job properly, and another lady at the reception counter for packages. It was the lady at the reception counter who left me extremely disappointed. She was not only unhelpful, but also openly rude in her responses. Instead of assisting me with professionalism, she treated me with an attitude that made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. The contrast between her behavior and the other two employees was striking. Where they showed basic courtesy, she showed none. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a public service where customers rely on guidance, clarity, and respect. Because of this, I have decided that I will start going to another USPS location, even if it is farther from my home, just to see if I can find better customer service. I firmly believe USPS employees are very fortunate to have such secure jobs, and for that reason they must treat customers with basic kindness and respect. Being “spoiled” by job security should never be an excuse for rudeness. I walked away feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I strongly believe USPS management needs to review customer service standards at this branch. No customer should have to experience hostility when all they are trying to do is mail a package.
