Worst service ever. I brought my package in to ship it, and the staff spoke to me with a dismissive attitude, saying “you just need to get it scanned.” Of course I know that — that’s why I came here. On top of that, today they’re only open from 9 AM to 12 PM, just three hours a day. Terrible service.

I'm usually able to drop my packages off after work and they get delivered, no problem! But Monday, the counter was closed earlier than usual, which is surprising since I'm sure many people needed to get their holiday mail delivered ASAP.

I think the majority of the negative reviews of this facility are due to cultural differences in Miami. I've been everywhere from Sweden to South Carolina and I can guarantee if you put polite out you get polite back. However, polite can mean different things in different cultures. I had an excellent experience getting assistance mailing out my wedding invitations that were
"non-machineable" and required special stamps.
Even though this facility didn't have the stamps I| needed, the young woman behind the counter not only advised of the need for the stamps to ensure proper delivery but also hand wrote directions to a facility that had what I needed just a few miles away. Thank you so much for your help!
