I have been dismissed twice by her only to come back and see that she is just lazy. My first was with my passport and now with a package. If you have an option to go elsewhere please do. Avoid this place. I dont know anyone that would wait an endless line only to be turned away in dissapointment. Upon reading comments realized its a pattern at this location. No thanks.
