I actually was nervous coming here for my daughter's passport appointment after seeing the previous reviews. All I have to say the 2 ladies working today were amazing and so helpful and kind. They weren't any of the individuals posted on previous posts.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this post office. I was waiting in line, which was mostly empty, while on a work call from my job. I did not approach the counter until I was acknowledged, as I didn’t know whether the clerk was busy. When I politely asked if I had been called, the employee (who identified herself as “Liz”) responded rudely and told me I needed to hang up my phone. I immediately ended my work call and approached the counter. I apologized and explained that I don’t step up to a register until I’m waved over. Despite this, the employee continued to be hostile. Before leaving, I tried to end the interaction on a positive note by wishing her a better day. Her response was, “You need an education.” This comment was completely unprovoked, disrespectful, and inappropriate for a customer-facing employee. I have never been treated so poorly at a USPS location. If this is how customers are spoken to for something as minor as being on a phone while waiting in line, management seriously needs to address staff professionalism and customer service.

They are not honoring my gender and put whatever they want on my passport and made it useless since it doesn’t match my license ! & I paid $300 which also seemed steep I think they stole my money on top of it! Illegal to do both crimes they did upon me and need to be disciplined for such ways to treat people.

This post office, like many others, is the epitome of why DEI does not work. I went in on 12/26/2025 to inquire about a certified letter I mailed that had not arrived at its destination after three weeks. Unsurprisingly, the supervisor told me that I could not file a lost certified mail claim because it had been less than 60 days. This information is incorrect. USPS policy clearly states that after seven days, a claim or missing mail inquiry may be filed. It is deeply concerning—and frankly unacceptable—that an employee, especially someone in a supervisory role, is unable to provide accurate information regarding basic USPS policy. The government and corporate America need to stop hiring individuals based on skin color and ethnicity and start hiring based on experience, qualifications, and—at this point—intelligence. Unfortunately, not everyone has the intellectual capacity to work in certain positions, and situations like this make that painfully obvious.
