Same experience as everyone else the first Hispanic lady is bitter and always with a bad attitude I witnessed this lady give attitude to an older lady for asking a question .. Then like a five year old mocks and laughs at the older lady with her colleague for not automatically knowing the process in question . Liz has been there for years and always complaining that she has to do the job she's paid for .. Remember your a public servant and the same people that you attend with this horrible attitude are the same that pay you .

This lady Liz has a really bad attitude, completely lack of empathy and poor customer service. Customers deserve a better service and people that really want to work.

When I arrived at the USPS, I was first met by a very rude Latin lady with an unpleasant attitude who didn’t even let me speak and told me that walk-ins were only from 8:30 to 9:30. I felt frustrated and was ready to leave. But then, Antoinette went out of her way — she literally came all the way to the parking lot to let me know she would take care of my passport. She was so kind, polite, and professional. I had all my paperwork ready, and she processed everything in just about four minutes. Antoinette’s help completely turned my experience around. I’m very grateful for her understanding and outstanding customer service. We truly need more employees like Antoinette in our USPS offices — people who genuinely care and go the extra mile to help customers!

I went to this USPS office to report that my two Certified Mail letters (sent in early and late September) were both marked missing. When I asked the supervisor (see Image 1) if this was normal, she told me it was normal for Certified Mail to get lost. When I clarified that I had lost two, she laughed and said yes, that was normal — the clerk beside her laughed as well (Image 2). I told them this kind of attitude is exactly why USPS service quality is declining. I asked for a refund, but the supervisor said it wasn’t possible and told me to call the 1-800 number instead. Summary: Unprofessional behavior, dismissive attitude, and no accountability. Go to the Pinecrest location instead — you’ll be treated with more respect.
