She delivers my mail to people down the street and delivers other people’s mail to me. I even bought new huge address house numbers and a bright porch light to make my address extremely obvious and they still can’t get it right. My grandma sent me a sentimental package and the tracking number says it was delivered, however they don’t have photo evidence, and I have CCTV surrounding my property so I reviewed the video footage and the package was never delivered. They either delivered it to the wrong address or not at all. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me locate the package. They keep telling me it was already delivered. Do yourself a favor and use FedEx or UPS.
