However, my husband and I were blessed with a very nice lady yesterday in the morning (as soon as it was open) and she was very kind and nice and helped us with our issue. This is the first good experience I’ve ever had with USPS and I wish I would have gotten the lady that worked first thing in the morning Friday because she was amazing and deserves all the recognition. Remember they are people too and they deserve to be treated nicely despite other horrible experiences because that wasn’t them.
