I received 5 of my 6 packages. 3 of those were delivered on a Saturday when I was working. i couldn't sign off on them so they were sent back to the postal office and I was left with a writ. Fair enough. The writ said I could send a representative to pick up my packages. 2 out of 3 of those packages were handed off to my gf. However, all three of the packages were scanned and they're claiming were handed off to my gf. Let me tell you. The whirl wind they have sent me down thus far, from contacting the inspectors (the only ones with access to cameras) to filing a claim for the insurance on the packages, to contacting the seller and finally my bank. the package missing was 400 something dollars worth of gold. This place has been one big headache thus far. I'll follow up on my review as these events unwind.
