Is anyone doing anything about this? what the hell is going on in this country?

As other review here said, this place is a black hole of packages. The tracking number system shows the package arrived to the facility at a specific hour....4 minutes later, Boom! The package was market as delivered to a person.....How that is even possible? I talked with the manage of my local USPS office and he said those times are not possible and he was agree something happened. .......Something weird is happening here. You do not need to believe me, you can see the picture I attached to this review. Of course, the package never arrived to the building front desk it supposed to arrive. I started a claim with USPS. It has been more than 2 weeks since that without any answer. I'm definitely going to file a police report. Reading these reviews, I'm surprised the police haven't intervened yet.
