  Even though I arrived just as they had closed for the New Year's holiday, they took the package I needed to send out. That one nice gesture saved me a lot of trouble!

  Ive been coming to this location for the past year since I moved to the area but the last few times have been a horrible experience. There is a young man with long hair that is extremely rude. I was there yesterday inquiring about a package that was not delivered to my home (it’s for my son’s first birthday so important enough to drive to the ups store) and after greeting me with an attitude, I asked him if he could check if package was there. He then told me no and I asked if he could please look at the tracking number and if he is able to tell me where it is and his response was “no,” with a rude and annoyed tone. If this is not something that can be done, ok, but there is no need to have such a rude attitude and reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the first that has encountered such unprofessionalism. I am still without a package and my son’s birthday is tomorrow but at this point I’m considering it a loss rather than having to go back there and deal with him.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. Got spoken to very rudely by the long haired teenager. Zero customer care. Will not be coming back here if the long haired boy is still here, he needs a lesson in the service business.

  I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at this UPS location before. The young worker with long hair (who others have also mentioned in past reviews) was extremely rude when I simply asked a question. I understand Amazon returns can be tedious, but there was no reason for the attitude. He stared at me with an annoyed expression the entire time. When he scanned my phone, I tried handing him my package, and he just glared until I set it down on the counter. After scanning, he removed the item from the Amazon envelope and said, “Here, this is yours,” referring to the empty packaging. When I politely asked if he could throw it away, he replied, “No, that’s yours—you throw it away. What else?” I was honestly shocked. If it’s store policy that customers must dispose of their own packaging, that’s fine, but it could have been communicated respectfully. He was also on his phone throughout the entire interaction and appeared irritated to even be there. I usually go to this location because it’s close to home, but after this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. When I told my husband about it, he happened to go a few days later—and immediately knew who I was referring to because he had the exact same rude experience.
