I checked the website just to make sure everything is fine and my urgent package was reschedule to January 5th. I received no notification of the change, I called customer service and the service is awful. They gave me the option to change my delivery for pickup at an access point paying extra money (considering it was already late they asked me for more money) and since the package is urgent I accepted. The website still says January 5th, nothing changes except that now I have to pick it up instead of being delivered. This company became the worst, customer service does not exist and they dont care for urgent package or whatever situation you sre going through. The logistics are the worst I’ve seen, my package is been in Hialeah since January 2nd but will be delivered on the 5th even though it is urgent!!?? This company should close, do not believe a single word they say. Completely sucks.
