  Genuinely the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to. I came here to get some documents scanned for work, and an older employee told me it would take 20 minutes—which immediately seemed strange, since the exact same machine took less than five minutes at another UPS Store I’ve used before. I left and came back three separate times over a span of about 30–40 minutes. By the final time I returned, the employee was in the back doing who knows what. I asked the younger employee at the front when my documents would be ready, and he said, “I don’t know, this is his project so I don’t want to do it.” I asked him to get the older employee. When he came out, I told him I would watch him scan the documents since he clearly hadn’t been doing so for the past 40 minutes. Once I stood there, he scanned everything in under five minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. When I got home and checked the PDFs he sent me, all of the documents were mixed up and out of order, making it impossible for me to do my job. I am extremely upset and would never recommend this UPS Store to anyone. The lack of competence and customer service was unacceptable

  Great store and very helpful and efficient staff! Super patient too - I was there when someone came in and was very rude to them and they were nothing but nice. Highly recommend and don’t be rude to them!

  The customer service representative was extremely rude to me. I asked why he was so angry, but he continued with a rude narrative and embarrassed me in front of other people. It's a shame because UPS customer service representatives are usually polite.

  I walked into this UPS Store during posted business hours and was immediately confronted by an employee who walked up to me without even saying hello. Instead of offering help, he aggressively stated that he closes at 7:00 PM and that with three minutes left he would stop helping me. I understand that I walked in with only three minutes to closing, but there is a far better way to speak to people. The employee’s tone and body language felt confrontational and borderline threatening, as if I had done something wrong simply by walking in before closing time. For accountability, if the owners even care to do anything about it, the gentleman with the white goatee and silly looking hat is who confeomted me. When I asked for a manager’s or franchise owner’s name, the other staff refused to provide any information and told me to go to the website. Completely unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning and recommend taking your business elsewhere.
