    I struggle with how easily customers and clients do not understand customer service and see it as self serving to whatever they feel that is even if it’s not able to confirm with what they want (not need) being people get too lazy to follow rules and feel that others need to adjust to their out of line wants. I have never seen or heard the owner of this store be rude nor not go out of his way to help everyone. I recommend this store highly and ask those that are there to please understand others those in line are there for the same reason and may have even more complex situations and all that had to be managed. Owner should not have to be responding/justifying or otherwise to spoiled individuals that cannot seem to conform and follow appropriate rules. This store had been in business many years and managing it properly and those selfish self absorbed could go elsewhere if not pleased. There is a reason why this store and owner has been there and serves others that do the right thing. Kudos to this establishment !

    This place has the worst customer service and they belittle their customers when they get called on their incompetence. I had my 13yo daughter go in to teach her how to be independent and have her do things on her own. The owner was implying that my daughter didn’t go inside, asking if I was sure it was their store, and even looked at the receipt and commented “yea it’s our address.” Even talking to him, his employee in the background was saying remarks being disrespectful and I looked back and I said you’re just an employee, owner then said that’s my son and now I see the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The receipt had somebody else’s tracking number. My shipment with my tracking number shows as UPS doesn’t have my package, which it’s a phone I am using as a trade in. Had to call non emergency to have officers come out to write a police report. In the end the worst experience with a franchise of a great shipping company!

    Muy mala experiencia Estaba cerca de esta tienda UPS y decidí hacer una devolución rápida. Ya tenía el shipping label listo; lo único que le faltaba a la caja era un poco de cinta para sellarla. Para mi sorpresa, el empleado me dice que UPS “no les da cinta” y que debía cobrarme $1 más el tax solo por sellar la caja. He hecho devoluciones en muchísimas tiendas UPS y esto nunca ha sido un problema. Normalmente, si la caja no está sellada, ellos mismos la sellan sin decir nada. Cobrarle a un cliente por algo tan básico que cuesta centavos es simplemente miserable. No es por el dólar, es por la mala actitud y la pérdida de tiempo de tener que pagar por algo tan absurdo. Hay una gran diferencia entre dar buen servicio y exprimir al cliente por cualquier detalle. El cargo está respaldado por un recibo que conservo, pero por seguridad prefiero no publicarlo aquí. Definitivamente no vuelvo a pisar esta tienda. Hay muchas UPS Store con mejor servicio y más sentido común.
