The RMA (return merchandise authorization) e-mailed to me included a QR code that the UPS employee scanned, which generated a receipt to give to me. I did not need to bring my own packaging. The employee took care of the rest.

Never had a problem and the few other things I have done, like copies etc have been done satisfactorily. Sometimes there has been long lines but for most times it’s a pretty quick in and out. Over the years some employees have been better than others.

Every time, the team at this store packages everything amazingly. My stuff basically shows up to its destination in better condition than when I sent it. The best part, they're always super friendly, even when I'm being a helicopter customer by making silly requests to overprotect my gear. I won't be going anywhere else to ship stuff out!
