Youssef (I might have spelled the name wrong. My apologies.) handled everything on his own with incredible patience and professionalism. He calmly helped a customer who wasn’t prepared for her Amazon returns (multiple packages that needed labels emailed, printed, and taped), assisted other customers, and even stepped away to open the back door for UPS drivers all without losing his cool. Watching him juggle the workload of several people was impressive. Youssef deserves recognition for his grace under pressure. Management may have dropped the ball on scheduling on 01/31/2026 around 3 pm, but things happen. Might I add Everyone in the store was calm and understanding except one guy who chose to put his two cents in that nobody asked for and later left a distasteful one-star review. Funny thing is Life is about choices if he was truly in a rush, he could’ve gone elsewhere. Instead, he had 30 minutes to wait and complain online.
