    TERRIBLE STAFF!! They lost our return back in November it’s February and we lost our money. We’ve gone in person called multiple times they just brush us off i spoke to the manager Gabriela and her excuse was they sometimes just forget to scan the packages theres nothing she can do. Someone probably stayed with the shoes its what were imagining dont trust those people with your packages!!

    I went this morning to return something’s package and Victoria was the cashier she was very helpful ,very kind and patient and most important understanding I need help in getting the information from my phone to be able to return my packages she need a raise she is a very good worker thank you again Victoria ❤️

    The staff at this location do not know their job well enough to assist customers correctly. When they dont know something, they guess. On one of my shipping experiences with them, their mistake cost me $$ i never got back. The specs for the item were labeled on the outside of the package for them to review and decide how to handle correctly. They did not call their management for help. They spoke and guessed amongst themselves about how to ship this box. They prepped the box for ground shipping for Puerto Rico and it never shipped out but. It was routed right back to me 3 days later. I went to a different location (calle ocho 8st) with the same package and was advised that the item was to be shipped air only not via ground. I paid for air and it got to PR successfully. Not only did my package get there,the UPS staff at the 8th street location called me to notify me it was received. Today I returned a package to the 152 location. It was a box that was sent to my address in error and I was hoping they would contact UPS or the customer/recipient to advise them of the issue... I was told by one of the female clerks to "throw it away". I told her that the number of the customer was on the label so they can either call their customer or Return to shipper.. She said it needs a return label for her to do that. I told her that I dont have a return label for a package that does not belong to me. She got irritated, then said that the package would just be sent right back to my address. To which I told her again, that it's not mine and that the person who appears on the label should be notified that they have a package for pick up at the UPS store. She copped an attitude and said, "well, it's just going to stay here then"... its her job to fix this issue and she straight up tried to tell me to throw it away or place a label on it myself. For the record, they have a package in their office for a customer who may never get it. For those who dont know, UpS does print return labels themselves, and they do call their customers, and shippers when there are problems with the service addresses. The staff here just dont want to
