  Excelente servicio siempre. El personal es increíblemente amable, atento y cariñoso en todo momento. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y hacen sentir a cada cliente bienvenido y valorado. Gracias a la chica pelirroja, es súper amable, cada vez que llego su trato es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar ¡Gracias por su trato tan especial!

  Quiero agradecer al equipo de UPS, especialmente al turno de la tarde, por su atención siempre tan amable y profesional. Cada vez que voy, me reciben con una sonrisa, mucha paciencia y la mejor disposición para ayudar. ¡Da gusto tratar con personas tan humanas y dedicadas!

  I went there a few days ago and they were having issue with the internet, I believe the manager was there trying to resolve the problem. The line was out the door but the other two young ladies tried to do everything to help the customers with the packages. One of them was even walking all the way to the back to help us. I really don’t understand why this store has such bad reviews. When I always go, they are always helpful and nice.

  Thank you very much for the excellent service at this UPS location. The service was fast and efficient. I would especially like to highlight the red-haired young woman who assisted me — she was very kind, professional, and attentive at all times. I even witnessed a situation where another customer was being rude to her, and she handled it in a very calm, polite, and professional manner, showing great customer service skills. It’s truly a pleasure to receive this level of service. Highly recommended!
