- LALeanne AllcornSep 2, 20251.0Went here today to get my Livescan fingerprints done for work. The employee had me watch staff training videos to scan my own fingerprints. When I couldn’t get the system to register my pinky, she half heartedly assisted me for about five minutes and then told me to just “keep trying” by myself for nearly an hour. She said this happens frequently with people sitting for over 30 minutes at a time to scan their own fingerprints. I kept asking for assistance or whether there was a protocol for the system not being able to properly read fingerprints and then she got annoyed and tried to convince me to just give up on the fingerprinting and call Livescan on my own to explain their system wasn’t working. I finally figured out the trick by myself to get my fingerprints registered in the system after an hour of struggling as if I didn’t pay $100 to have a trained employee perform this service. Do NOT go to this store to get your fingerprinting done.
