    I rarely leave negative reviews, specially small local businesses but this experience deserves to be documented. During my visit, I witnessed extremely poor customer service from a specific employee—a long-haired woman in her 30s wearing prescription eyeglasses. What stood out most was how she treated an elderly woman ahead of me in line. Her tone was dismissive, impatient, and disrespectful. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it immediately set the tone for the entire store. Although this visit did not involve me directly, I have personally experienced similar treatment from this same employee on previous visits. Seeing it happen again—especially to an older customer—made it clear this is not an isolated incident. After this visit, I looked into this location’s reviews and noticed it is one of the lowest-rated UPS Stores in the area. Many of the negative reviews and complaints specifically mention this same employee and describe similar issues with her customer service and attitude. When multiple customers are pointing out the same problem involving the same person, it’s something management should seriously review. I understand that working at a UPS Store can be repetitive and that employees often deal with customers who may not be fully prepared or familiar with shipping procedures. That is exactly why patience is essential—it is the core of customer service. At the end of the day, those customers are the reason the business exists, and they are the ones helping pay the employees’ wages and the franchise owner’s bills. Customer service reflects management and ownership. Poor behavior that is repeatedly reported should not be ignored. This location could improve significantly with better oversight, accountability, and a renewed focus on treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.

    I have visited this UPS location numerous times in hopes that the customer service experience would eventually improve. Unfortunately, it has been consistently disappointing. There is an employee, a woman with long dark hair and glasses, approximately in her 30s, whose attitude and willingness to work are extremely poor. She repeatedly takes personal phone calls and sends text messages while assisting customers, which results in slow service and a visibly irritated demeanor. It is very clear that customer needs are not her priority. It is concerning that she does not seem to recognize that the clientele are the reason she has a job. This level of unprofessional behavior is not what anyone expects when choosing UPS for their shipping needs.
