She offered to reprint the label if I sent it to their lap top. When the printed label came they(another employee) mentioned it would be $2.79. I was not informed of this charge by the girl who was initially helping me. The label had already been printed and I was forced to pay or bring my box back. Lack of customer support. I hope the managers do better. If there is charge wouldn’t it be smarter to charge before printing the label, had I not paid would they just have thrown it out? (Then why charge for it?) Or worse scan it? I felt forced into paying for something and the lady in the front was not very nice or apologetic. Lesson learned no one is ever trying to just help.

No tiene vocación de atención al cliente no deberían tener ese tipo de personal donde uno llega y no saludan , no son cordiales y atienden de mala manera . Pésimo servicio no volvería ni lo recomiendo . Deberían fijarse bien en el personal que contratan esto da muy mala imagen a la compañía .
