This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever been to. They don’t charge you for printing a label. They don’t try to sell you a box because they want to sell you a box. They’re very honest and they have a very good crew working there. I recommend the store to anybody all the other UPS stores, especially the one on Mills Dr., Kendall that guy there. The owner of that store is a rip off. He charges for label print. He sells your boxes that you don’t need. The guy is a car artist this store is the best five stars

They have fast, friendly service in this place, even when it gets busier than usual the line moves fast and you are out of there before you know it. I never go any place else.

Regarding the customer service, the people working there provide a horrible level of attention, except for one person who, whenever he attends me, I have no complaints. The rest of the young guys there look like they just rolled out of bed, they are very rude and don’t greet you. They speak to you very disrespectfully if you don’t speak English well or if you’re not fluent, and they make it obvious. They are very ill-mannered. I’ve had to return products and seen how one of the guys just wraps the item and throws it over his head like it’s a basketball. I don’t think that’s an appropriate attitude for a UPS agency. It’s really bad service, very poor manners: they’re eating, on their phones, hands in their pockets, not greeting customers, and handling products with such carelessness. Even if it’s not their own stuff, it’s extremely discourteous to throw your things over their heads. It’s not just disrespectful to the owner of the item but to the customer as a whole. I hope they can fix that at some point and apply a bit of courtesy, because it seems like these teenagers left their manners somewhere else.

The guys who work there on the weekend never pick up the phone. 0/8 times that I have called on the weekend. I had to go in person to ask the questions I needed answers to, two weekends in a row, only to learn both of those services are not provided on the weekend. Had they just picked up the phone, I would have gotten the information I needed without having to make the extra trip. During the weekdays though, phone was picked up right away.

It's a UPS... if you've been to one, you've been to them all. Part of the typical corporate capitalistic standardization that we've all grown accustomed to. The worker helped me with my fingerprinting and was great about it - these workers here deserve a raise! Loses stars for overall blandness and for its siting in an auto-oriented, surburban hegemonic design that pollutes the environment and worsens our health.
