Every time I drop off a package, they find a reason to charge me — even when I’m simply returning an item in the same original box it came in. Their usual excuse is that it’s “not the correct box,” even though the package hasn’t even been opened. This has happened three times now, which makes it feel like a pattern rather than a mistake. Other UPS locations accept the same returns without any issue or extra charge. This store seems more focused on adding unnecessary fees than helping customers. I won’t be returning to this location again.
