  I paid $80 for a Next Day Air Early shipment, and three days later, when I called to check, I found out my package was still sitting at the store. I tried calling multiple times to complain, but no one ever answered the phone. This is extremely irresponsible service they charge for urgent shipping, don’t deliver, and then offer no solution or refund. A complete lack of respect for the customer and a terrible experience. I will never use this store again.

  Although convenient for a hotel guest, this store does not answer calls or emails. I was trying to coordinate my packages and had questions. They were medical equipment I really needed and could not afford for any mistakes or mishaps to happen. Nobody answers. I went into the store and saw the phone in good working order. I called it whilst standing inside the store and the clerk still ignored it. I asked if he needed to answer that and he looked at me like I was crazy. I'm glad I got my stuff but with those poor attitudes, it was really a gamble I took. I can't say I'd be keen on using them again at all. Can you imagine??

  I would Give 0 stars if I could. I ordered Clothes for my cruise and had them shipped to the hotel and Amazon shows they went to the receptionist desk and someone there signed for it. When I went to the front desk, they said my packages go to the UPS store down the hall. Because I had 4 packages, two were free and the only way to receive my clothes was to pay an extra $10 per package over 2 packages. That’s ridiculous and I want my money back you crooks!
