I walked into the store 01/21 at 5:45pm and the girl in the picture on the right with the red hair was looking at her phone.. didn’t look at me ONCE and didn’t greet me. Her colleague at another station had to greet me and acknowledge me. She just grabbed my package and didn’t speak the entire time. Snatched the validation ticket from my hand to validate my parking. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I really hope there are cameras so the manager can review this situation and see how unprofessional and unkind their front facing employee was to a customer.

However, over time there has been a consistent pattern of poor customer service by the young ladies there. During interactions, they often avoid eye contact, display a flat affect, give short or curt responses, and appear unengaged. While they do complete their job tasks, the manner of interaction does not encourage me to continue returning. I recommend that management consider additional training in customer interaction or reevaluate hiring practices.
