Theres a new girl who works mornings, and I’ve noticed repeated issues with basic package processing. She seems very impaired or unwell and gets confused with orders, reprints labels multiple times, forgets what she already printed, and generally struggles to complete simple steps. It’s happened more than once, and I’m concerned both for customers’ packages and for her. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I do think it’s worth looking into and addressing with her directly. If you have a policy around impairment on the job (or drug testing), this might be a situation where it’s appropriate, and also where she may need support.
