  This UPS store consistently does not open up on time. Their website and their store front state that they open at 8 am. However, on multiple occasions, me and many other customers have had to wait outside for a while before they open up. Today, I waited until 8:40 am and there was still no one there. This is incredibly frustrating when you are trying to drop off packages on your way to work. Unfortunately, I had to leave and will have to return at another UPS location. Will not even bother anymore because I continue to waste my time.

  Bad service or more like no service. Made an online appointment to take passport photos. I showed up and was told the camera is broken. Why did it let schedule an appointment or I should have gotten an email or text to canceling the appointment.

  This place has really gone downhill in the last few months. The only consistently great employee is Marly (I’m not 100% sure that’s her name, but she’s been there for years). She’s a total rockstar and always helpful. Unfortunately, the 3 newer staff they hired have been terrible. Packages are constantly misplaced, customers are given incorrect information, service is extremely slow, and their attitude rude and dismissive. The newer staff clearly don’t want to be there. I’ve started going out of my way to the Bird Road and Greenery Mall locations just to avoid dealing with this team, even though they’re farther from my house. It’s a real shame because this location used to be great. I hope management steps in soon and takes this seriously. They should install cameras so they can can see for themselves. These are not UPS store caliber employees.

  I love this place and I’ve been coming here for years, so I’m only saying something because I care and I want it to stay great. Theres a new girl who works mornings, and I’ve noticed repeated issues with basic package processing. She seems very impaired or unwell and gets confused with orders, reprints labels multiple times, forgets what she already printed, and generally struggles to complete simple steps. It’s happened more than once, and I’m concerned both for customers’ packages and for her. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but I do think it’s worth looking into and addressing with her directly. If you have a policy around impairment on the job (or drug testing), this might be a situation where it’s appropriate, and also where she may need support.
