The UPS personnel at this 8567 Coral Way Miami location have always been very courteous and efficient. I visit this location multiple times and I can’t say anything negative about them. The 2 ladies there Marlene and Alixia are a pleasure to deal with. Two great assets in the UPS family

It’s unfortunate that I find myself having to leave a negative review for a place I frequently visited and my last 3 interactions will be the reason I never return. I’ve been coming to this UPS store for years. After waiting in a line with over 20+ people standing inside and outside. Once it was my turn the employee attending me needed help at almost every step of the way. I have patience and I work in customer service, I also understand learning curves. However, this was pure laziness what I experienced. I had Amazon returns and a AT&T return we could only do the Amazon orders because the rest was to difficult and she did not want to keep the rest of the line waiting. The same line I waited for over 30 minutes in, I neatly had all items packages I had to repackage it because she couldn’t also handle the items with care just a mess and I walked out because she could not count the amount of items inside the AT&T box. A total of 3 pieces and she couldn’t count them. So now I have to go to another store and process this return with someone who is competent enough and willing to learn their job and understand the error was on her end not the client. To have me leave after I waited and then I was charged late fees due to this is unacceptable. I hope this stores finds better management and makes improvements before they get shut down.

Amazing experience today! The management was so nice. They donated four brand new boxes to the local Boy Scouts Troop 7 to be able to collect Christmas Gift donations for underserved children. We really appreciate your kindness!

As an 18-year-old customer at the office, I wonder how long the lock on the door will remain broken. The office's identification number is torn off, which is a problem for delivery drivers. Not to mention the decision to remove the office trash, leaving it filthy due to the increased foot traffic. It's clear the store owner is neglecting their business or simply doesn't care. Causing this kind of inconvenience to long-time customers who have mailboxes (and these aren't cheap) is disgusting. The door to the shopping center, facing the street, should be locked outside of office hours, accessible only to those with mailboxes. Fix the lock or install a new one and give all your customers new keys. You should know that I'm not just leaving my complaint here. Nor am I going to bring up the customer service issue that everyone else is talking about; as the owner, I consider you solely responsible. Details for those complaining about the office smell: it wasn't like this before; they used a device for that now that's gone, and they always had the date and time displayed for their clients. Now they never turn on the information screen. Thank you, and hopefully this will have some effect on the owner, who never shows his face.

Terrible. Once it was my turn, it took 35 minutes to mail 2 packages. The packages were already sealed and addressed, ready to go. One employee spoke no English, the other broken English. I understand I am in Miami, but we couldn't communicate. Additionally, I was charged over $25 for an 11x11x11 box, less than 2 pounds to Ohio. The box was 10x10x10 - it was pre-printed on the box. Terrible service, wasted time, a day I feel like I was ripped off with an inflated box size.
