- JDJonathan D1 day ago1.0Horrible customer service and employees clearly do not want to work. On multiple occasions, the employees lock the doors 15-20 minutes before posted closing time on their profile and on the door. Lady with ponytail and gray shirt berated and verbally assaulted several other customers inquiring why this was. She then further shamed us in the store when we were let in by another customer exiting. Both employees then screamed at us saying the computer wifi goes down at 4. None of us were able to successfully return our packages. We felt so uncomfortable. Others are calling corporate. They are going to lose a lot of business locking 5-10 people outside. If they had two people at the registers instead of one lady handling a long line by herself and the other patrolling the door 15 mins before they close, it might go by faster! Ridiculous!! I guess Employees want to go home at the exact time they close the business but that just insane how life works.

They told us we can’t come in until one of the four customers inside leaves and if that doesn’t happen before 4 we have to come back tomorrow. I’m literally standing outside with 4 other people waiting to get in. Don’t come here unless you have to.
