  Terrible customer services. The ladies there do not want to work. Please hire staff that actually value their jobs rather than having poor attitudes and doing the bare minimum or at least get the self check out kiosk so that your customers don’t need to deal with the horrible service your employees give.

  No me quisieron atender por qué la tienda iba a cerrar , tenía mi hijo de tres meses , y la señorita Gisell no tuvo esa consideración , desesperada por cerrar la tienda antes de tiempo , cuando ella tiene que brindar su servicio hasta el final del cierre

  The store had not yet closed when I arrived, but an employee named Giselle refused to assist me. I explained that I have a 6-month old baby, which is why I arrived just before closing, and I politely asked if they closed at 4. However, she told me that because there had been a long line earlier, she would not attend to me. It does not seem reasonable that a customer who arrives before closing time would be refused service. Store hours should apply to customers who arrive within that timeframe, and it should not be my fault if there was a long line earlier. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at this location. On another occasion, I asked if they could discard of my Amazon bag packaging since it was not needed for the return. The lady said no because it fills up their trash. It shocked me that a simple bag Amazon used to ship my item would fill up their trash. I am very disappointed with how these situations were handled. The lack of customer service and empathy towards their clients in the community is shocking and should be unacceptable. Do better UPS.

  English Based on the MANY OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS, this location clearly has ongoing issues with RUDE STAFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and OVERCHARGING. A lot of people mention being ignored while employees talk among themselves, help only one customer while lines grow, and don’t acknowledge people who are waiting. When the same problems show up over and over, it points to an OWNERSHIP / MANAGEMENT PROBLEM, not just a few bad employees. People should know WHAT TO EXPECT when coming here. When a store is run poorly, customers stop coming back, which leads to LOST BUSINESS. Instead of fixing the root problem, that kind of environment often results in employees being BLAMED OR TREATED POORLY, and then prices get RAISED TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE, creating a cycle of FRUSTRATED STAFF and worse customer experiences. This location will require NEW OWNERSHIP to improve, and until that happens, it should be AVOIDED. ⸻ Español Según las MUCHAS RESEÑAS NEGATIVAS, esta ubicación claramente tiene problemas constantes con EMPLEADOS GROSEROS, MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE y COBROS EXCESIVOS. Muchas personas comentan que el personal ignora a los clientes mientras hablan entre ellos, atienden solo a una persona mientras se forma una fila y no reconocen a quienes están esperando. Cuando los mismos problemas se repiten una y otra vez, eso señala un PROBLEMA DE DUEÑOS O ADMINISTRACIÓN, no solo de algunos empleados. La gente debería saber QUÉ ESPERAR al entrar a este lugar. Cuando un negocio se maneja mal, los clientes dejan de regresar, lo que causa PÉRDIDA DE INGRESOS. En lugar de arreglar el problema de raíz, ese tipo de ambiente suele llevar a que los empleados sean CULPADOS O TRATADOS MAL, y luego se SUBEN LOS PRECIOS PARA COMPENSAR, creando un ciclo de EMPLEADOS FRUSTRADOS y peores experiencias para los clientes.
