She was quick with resolving a shipping issue and was very pleasant and friendly the whole time. She even helped us save a few dollars by thinking of a smarter shipping method for our item. You would think that UPS has some sort of fail safe where you cannot use the same label of a package you already sent for a new package. I went to the store to scan this package to be sent and nothing was said there should be some sort of failsafe at UPS or there should be a brief mentioning if they’re already has been a package scanned for that tracking number. UPS is the only company that I have had this experience with now. I am stuck trying to get back a package that doesn’t belong to someone.
