I was going to make the switch to this specific UPS store but after walking in and asking them to print a UPS return label, they want to charge me almost $3 to print THEIR own label. I will never go back here, nor will my company do business with this location.

Would not allow me to register for Lockbox with my drivers license. Gave every excuse not to. My husband called the manager, he told me to come back. Wendy was incorrect. I come back. The store is closed. I needed what was in my lock box. They would not let me. They told me to come back two days later when the manager was in. Awful.

I ship products for my business daily and have never seen anything remotely close to this price point. The staff said that UPS are owned independently, and this location has their prices set crazy high and there’s nothing they can do.
