The service was extremely poor, and the employee I spoke with was incredibly rude and even hung up on me. I was ordering prints for my daughter’s graduation, which made the situation even more frustrating. After calling, I found out they didn’t have the paper needed to complete my order, leaving us without any prints for her graduation celebration. The second person I spoke with sharing that “the system” doesn’t know if they have the right material is completely unacceptable. Was I, the customer, supposed to know what material is in their inventory to fill an order I paid for? When was someone going to call me and inform me of their lack of resources to fill my order? This was a complete letdown and a huge inconvenience! Do better Staples!
