There was a problem because I duplicated the return slips for one of the packages. Samuel was so very patient and helpful. He did not become upset because I didn't have the information. He was very calm and let me get the information that I needed. There were other people in line, but he didn't rush me. It was so nice to deal with a person who treated me like a valued customer. When I returned to the store later that evening, I saw him helping an older woman take her packages out and put them in her car. We need more employees like him. He had such a great attitude!
