    The worst experience that I've ever had as a customer. The clerk working in the printing department is totally unprofessional, they ignore you and are unwilling to help at all. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BASIC COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS YOU CAN'T WORK WITH COSTUMERS!

    Very undesirable experience at the Printing dept desk. My wife and I went needed some assistance with printing at one of the printers thats right outside that dept. Well 2 girls who were working did not make the slightest effort to help us as we requested. They pretend not to hear us abd just kept doing their own business with bad attitude. We came a few hours later thinking maybe a shift change would work out. Final outcome was the same 2 employees were still there. Again I asked for help and they ignore you pretending not to hear you. I will not take my office business needs to this location. They definitely need customer service skills. Maganement needs to adress this issue. Our visit day. Oct 16th 2025 during afternoon hours
