Not a good experience in the store on 12/23 at 11AM. There were close to 25 customers in line waiting to do Amazon returns. Meanwhile, they had one young man doing both the Amazon returns and the checkout. I waited in line close to 40 minutes. Multiple customers in line asked the associates walking around the store why they couldn’t assist with checkout and they said they were not available to help and walked away without so much as an apology. The manager was called but never showed. I watched about 4 other associates walking aimlessly throughout the store and tidying the gift card station, while the line for returns was about a mile long and customers were also trying to checkout. I’m not one to find a reason to complain, but this was extremely poor customer service.

Great store. Daniel was quiet helpful finding what I needed. Then, while I was in the wrong line to check out, he noticed and pulled me out and directed me to the correct check out line. Thank you, Daniel!

This location was designated as a TSA-pre check verification site. I called them if they accept walk in’s and they did. When I arrived I was assisted by a very nice lady who worked in the printing dept. She directed me to aisle 8 where there was an area set up. The whole procedure was quick and easy and she was very knowledgeable of the entire process and made it easy for me. I will shop in this store again. Thanks so much.
