  UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY WITH ZERO REAL SUPPORT LAZY, DISMISSIVE, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME This agency has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. From the start, communication was poor and dismissive. I first spoke with "Alexander Belen" and after I explained that I had already applied to nearly all of the jobs listed, instead of offering help, he made things unnecessarily difficult by demanding I go back and collect each job number myself. That’s not support — that’s laziness, passing work back to the candidate instead of doing his job. LATER, I heard from "Mai Abdelkhalek", whose only reply was the generic “I’ll keep you in mind for suitable roles 😊.” That isn’t guidance, that isn’t feedback — it’s a careless brush-off meant to look polite while providing zero real assistance. It’s obvious this agency is not serious about helping candidates. They ignore emails, avoid giving straight answers, and put up roadblocks rather than offering actual support. Both agents came across as uninterested and unhelpful, as if they were doing me a favor by even replying. This was a complete waste of time, and I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this agency if you’re serious about finding opportunities.

  I was working the recruiter Pavel Raphael. He submitted me to a job application for a technical position. The first thing I had to do was to complete a very extensive programming assignment test, which is to build a whole website using the design provided. I was given two weeks to complete the assignment as much as I could. I spent two weekends and many weeknights worked on the assignment since I'm also working full time. The day before the due date, I uploaded my code to the cloud, and shared the link to the recruiter (Pavel). I sent him an email asking if he received the link and can access it. I did not get a response. The next day, I called and it went to voice mail. I left a voice mail about the assignment is done and asked for confirmation of access. Two weeks went by, I still haven't heard back. This is the kind of recruiter you are dealing with. They have no respect about your time and effort, not even have the decency to give you a YES or NO answer, just ghost on you. If Robert Half hire this kind of recruiter and allow this behavior/culture to exist, it goes to show this is not the kind of recruiting firm you want to work with, they exploit the job applicants, and treat them like trash.

  Very terrible service at this location. Called at 10:50 am on 11/19/2020. A man answered the phone was very rude and short, did not let me finish asking a question before transferring. Called back because number went straight to a voice mail number. The guy was very unprofessional and acted as if I was calling his number personally and he's the FRONT DESK ATTENDANT. He definitely needs to be fired, very poor representation of the company and horrendous customer service.

  This company is a joke. I have had 13 interviews with this company. Not once have they placed me in a job. I also have other friends in the tech field and they were never placed by Robert Half Technology.
