  Came in for fingerprinting I needed for my licensure renewal. Had a 1:30pm appointment but finished my earlier errands much quicker than expected so stopped by around 11:30am. They took me in with no problem or hesitation! The process was seamless, the gentleman was very kind, and he made sure to notify me of all the other services they provide such as flyers, shirts, and convenient mailing/returns!

  My company has been using Randolph and PostNet for the past 2yrs mainly for label printing. I cannot say more amazing things about this man and his work ethic. He bends over backwards for us, meets every deadline and even when we have a super rush print order, he comes through every single time. He even stayed after closing for us on a rush order. If you want impeccable service and to deal with an absolute gentleman, please do business with him and this PostNet location.

  I ordered branding materials for my business and the experience was a complete nightmare. The lack of attention to detail, initiative, efficiency, and communication was staggering. Despite my order being placed on January 5th, it was completed on January 23rd, and I ultimately had to reject it. The proofs I received featured upside-down icons, blurry lettering, and incorrect fonts. When I requested corrections to match my established branding, the owner was argumentative and shifted the technical burden onto me—asking for files that any professional designer could have converted in seconds using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. If I hadn’t physically gone to the shop or called Every Single Day, I probably would still be waiting for my first proof. Just look at how many times I had to call them in order to insist on a time frame. Worst of all, the owner refused to stand by their work or offer a refund for the substandard product. It's clear they rushed through the job without any care for the final result. If you need Professional, High-Quality results for your business, it's Definitely Not Here at PostNet.
