    I paid $61 for Priority delivery that was supposed to arrive by 12:00 PM. It was not delivered. When I called, I was told it might arrive by 5:00 PM — even though I paid for guaranteed priority service. Then at 2:00 PM the tracking suddenly changed to “Customer refused delivery,” which was completely false. I never refused the package and no delivery attempt was made. I called multiple times trying to fix the situation. One representative said they would resolve it — nothing happened. Another representative was extremely rude, raised his voice at me, and threatened to hang up and remove the ticket requesting same-day delivery. Shortly after that call, my delivery was pushed to Monday — three days later. This package was urgently needed for my apartment move-in that day. Because of FedEx’s failure, I was unable to move in on Friday as planned. After several calls, I finally had to go in person after 7:00 PM to pick up the package myself. I paid for priority service and received: • Late delivery • False tracking information • Unprofessional and threatening customer service • Major inconvenience and financial impact Completely unacceptable experience.

    The service was terrible. The employee working there, Jean Carlos, had a very negative attitude from the beginning. I went in the morning to pick up my package and he told me it wasn’t there. I left the store and checked the tracking, which clearly showed that the package was at that location. I went back inside and, after insisting, the package suddenly “appeared.” The worst part is that when he handed it to me, the package was empty. It was supposed to be an iPhone 17 Pro. I asked what happened, and he said he didn’t know and told me to call the manager. He showed me a phone number, but it led to a virtual agent. I spent more than half an hour trying to get assistance. Finally, the manager, Carlos Millán, came out and said they couldn’t do anything and that they would just file a claim. It’s very disappointing to see companies hiring unqualified staff and failing to take responsibility in situations like this. Atención pésima el que trabaja ahí se llama jean Carlos fui en la mañana a retirar mi paquete y el señor con una mala actitud me dijo que el paquete no estaba, sali y volví a entrar porque el rastreo me dice que allí estaba y luego de insistir resulta que el paquete estaba ahí, cuando me lo entregó el paquete estaba vacío era un iPhone 17 pro le preguntó que pasó con el paquete y me dice que no sabe y que llame al gerente, me muestra un número al cual sale un agente virtual y pase más de media hora tratando de que me atendieran, finalmente salió el manager Carlos Millán diciendo que no pueden hacer nada y que va a meter un claim que lástima ver cómo esas empresas no contratan gente calificada

    La atención de este lugar es pésima a los empleados les pagan por estar sentados en el mostrador, te ponen peros por todo , y no tiene para scanear labels primer centro d distribucion que veo q no hace eso

    This is the second time I go to this store and the employees are very rude! Online says open until 8. They say they close at 7:30. Anita and another gentleman were very rude in the way she speaks to customers. There was 1 person in line in front of me and 2 other customers came in after me and Anita waited on the 2 people that came after me before me! I needed to grab some information from my car they needed to give me my package and when I came back 1 min later, they had the door locked. Let me out to go get my phone from the car and when I came they locked the door and turned lights off!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!! Shame on you FedEx as our business spends a lot of money with your company and you just lost a customer!!!

    FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and to a completely different person. After that, the company completely refused to help locate my shipment. The customer support phone number does not answer. A support manager insists that the package was “delivered correctly” and tells me that I must personally look for the person who received it. This is absolutely unacceptable. No proof was provided that the package was delivered to me. The mistake is clearly on the delivery side, yet FedEx takes no responsibility. Extremely disappointed with this service. If you don’t want to lose your package and your nerves, I do not recommend using FedEx.
