When I needed help fixing a file, she showed no interest in assisting and simply acted like she didn’t have time for me. There was no effort to offer a solution or even basic customer service. I ended up having to leave without getting anything done. I expect much better treatment and professionalism from FedEx staff.

This one in midtown honestly be the worst FedEx location in the world. An employee (I think her name was something like Cyrus) refused to accept my package, claiming that it was “wet.” In reality, only about 10% of the package even looked slightly damp. It wasn’t actually wet at all — it had only been exposed to rain while being transported to me, and it was already completely dry. On top of that, this is a package that I’ve had for about 20 days. It was very clear that she was just looking for an excuse not to accept it. I truly don’t understand how this location is being run. Who is the manager of this place? Who is responsible for supervising this branch? Because whatever system is in place here is clearly not working. This was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience.

It was one of those interactions where you’re made to feel like you’re inconveniencing someone just by being there. I ended up going to a different location afterward and had a completely seamless, professional experience, which made the contrast even worse. This location clearly has an attitude problem, and I’ll be avoiding it entirely going forward.
