They literally just leave you waiting without updating you on why they are taking so long. They walk away and say nothing. A little bothered I ask a young male employee if the lady was printing the return label or what was taking so long because I was in a rush. He looked at the screen without clicking anything and said email hadn't come in yet. When the girl finally returns to me she asked him why he hadn't print the return label for her and he answered in Spanish, assuming I didn't speak the language, "me ataco". Attacked is a pretty strong accusation. This store needs help.
