  fantastic staff. i wasn’t sure about the size of a picture i needed to print and lowell helped me out and was so nice about it. the other woman working with him also greeted me when i came which i thought was very nice. the store itself was clean and had everything in order. best store!

  I come to this location all of the time, at least twice a week. I always get the best service, but today I encountered a new employee there named Ashley who plainly did not want to do her job. The store was developing a line, she paced around the store doing nothing and finally when it was my turn she aggressively shoved my items into a box, when I asked if I could help her package it with more care she told me if I touched the box she would have to charge me for the box and tape. I explained that she was not packaging my items nicely and that I have helped pack my boxes in the past without issue. She then was very rude and told me if I don’t like the way she is packing the items I can go elsewhere. I asked if I could speak to her manager, she refused to provide me his name, contact or her name. Luckily, her manager Wilkins came in 10 minutes later before I had gotten too far. He handled the issue well, but Ashley is a problem. If you come in and she is working, run, she is incapable of shipping anything out correctly, will waste your time and has a terrible attitude. This is likely a waste of time, as I cannot imagine she will be employed there for long. The other team members are so kind and helpful. She is a stain on the reputation of this otherwise great FedEx location.
