  I was happy to have a UPS store close to home and so conveniently located, but unfortunately had a negative experience and won’t be back. The front desk lady is rude, has a bad attitude and is not fit to work with people. She should be doing something different. I went to another UPS store (NM)i and they were able to help me right away, in and out in less than 5 minutes. The attendant there laughed when I told him the hard time the woman in MS store gave me with something so simple. To the owner of the Miami Shores store, this woman is hurting your business. Please be aware, hope you take action. Thanks.

  Lisa is amazing. The wait time is minimal. However the service fees are exorbitant. The fee to email a label is $2 per page (an action that costs nothing). And then conversely to print is .25 cents.
