  So glad this place opened in my neighborhood! The employees are genuinely some of the kindest and most helpful I've found at any store in Miami, and the store is very clean and welcoming. I usually use another UPS store on Biscayne, which is also very friendly, but it's SO nice to not have to drive.

  I had a wonderful experience shipping multiple packages here, I was helped by Taniya, a wonderful woman. She helped me get my things packaged and shipped and we had a wonderful conversation while doing so! Great place with great customer service and wonderful employees!

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store. The employees were polite, patient, and made the whole process easy for me. They helped me with shipping, printing, and even answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

  Five stars. I had a genuinely great experience here today. The staff was super friendly and helped me sort out my package way faster than I expected. They didn’t rush me, answered my questions, and actually seemed to care that everything was done right. Really appreciated the service at this location.

  I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. I sent important documents by fax to a hospital, and they never arrived. I trusted this location to handle something so simple, but they completely failed. The staff showed zero interest, did not verify that the fax went through, and offered no real help when I came back to ask what happened. Their attitude was careless and unprofessional. I wasted time, money, and ended up with issues at the hospital because of their lack of responsibility. I do not recommend this location for any important service, especially when it involves sensitive documents.
