  I’ve had repeated issues with the FedEx Office location in Miami Lakes (15241 NW 67th Ave), and at this point the service is completely unacceptable. Packages are being delivered to this FedEx location for customer pickup, yet the process is unreliable and poorly handled. On multiple occasions, drivers claim they attempted delivery or pickup when that is simply not true. We go out of our way to make access easy — the door is left open and we even post a sign asking the driver to call us. Today, the door was open starting at 7:00 AM, and by 6:00 PM no one had shown up. Yet we were told someone came by at 4:55 PM, which is completely inaccurate. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened repeatedly. When customers have over $1,600 worth of urgent packages waiting, this level of service is unacceptable. FedEx should require proof of attempted delivery, such as a photo showing the driver at the door. Without accountability, these false delivery claims will continue. Extremely frustrating experience. After multiple incidents, I’m finally leaving this review because something needs to change.

  I had about 7 boxes to ship I use homedepot and walmart boxes for my orders i never use second hand or flimsy. When i am scanning rep tells me they cant accept these type of boxes cause they are to thin. I politely do not agree because i have never had issues. She say a driver complained. So i load up and head to the next location and manager their tells me there is nothing wrong as long as its packed well and sturdy they use the box policy all fed ex location use. I guess this location just makes their own. Very inconvenient seeing as i only live minuted from this location and had to drive 23 min further to a fed ex office that follows policy.

  If you’re a business owner who ships under your own account number don’t bother with this location. Brought boxes to ship under my # and was told I can’t insure nor even ship from here using brand new Home Depot packing boxes, which are double walled with a higher crush rating than FedEx boxes, not to mention cheaper. My monthly volume with FedEx is over 25k a month and have never heard this brand new policy which only seems to exist at this branch. Strangely enough the other FedEx I brought them too accepted the boxes with no idea to what I was referring too other from this branch other than they must be trying to meet a sales goal for packing

  Good place. Recommended. Big and nice. Clean. Professional. No lines. Conveniant location. Good for shipping and copy/print services center. Plenty of parking spaces.
