The lady that handles the passport process was very nice and friendly and was not unpleasant at all. If you come ahead of time to your appointment with all documents needed, the process would go smoothly. I originally had an appointment with the city of Pembroke Pines, and that was definitely a very horrible experience compared to this location.

There was a clerk sniffing stuff in the back, no wonder he had anger issues, he came out yelling at me. The manager with dreadlocks, had the same or worst attitude. The whole staff needs to be replaced and drug test.
