It is difficult to understand why people seeking for Help need to be treated so rudely by the lady that calls herself the supervisor. Eyewitness total rudeness to several people who were all with a good nature that needed assistance with passports only to be treated with a sharp tongue no eye contact, no smile no greeting nothing with barely any line in place and at the same time turning away people avoid this post office if at all possible.. the gentleman working there was kind, but the female was a terror.

First and last time I'll ever come to this USPS store. I politely asked the man who was helping a customer if I needed to fill out any paperwork for a change of address, so I could do it while I waited in the five-person line.
This very rude and disrespectful man behind the counter responded to me with contempt. I told him I was asking a question politely, and he nodded just as rudely.
I wonder how they have such unpleasant and rude people working with the public. If you're not good at customer service, go do another job where you don't have to deal with people!

Had a passport appointment for my daughters. We arrived at appointment time, they made us wait 30 mins. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. I made a mistake on the application and they didnt have blank applications, the lady rudely said, “it says on the wall you have to print it yourself “ I told her okay, I live 5 mins away, I’ll be right back. She replied “we close at 3 and I have other customers, I cant help you” mind you they had us waiting to 30 mins, and it was 2pm.
