- DTDavid TorresDec 26, 20251.0I had about 7 boxes to ship I use homedepot and walmart boxes for my orders i never use second hand or flimsy. When i am scanning rep tells me they cant accept these type of boxes cause they are to thin. I politely do not agree because i have never had issues. She say a driver complained. So i load up and head to the next location and manager their tells me there is nothing wrong as long as its packed well and sturdy they use the box policy all fed ex location use. I guess this location just makes their own. Very inconvenient seeing as i only live minuted from this location and had to drive 23 min further to a fed ex office that follows policy.

Brought boxes to ship under my # and was told I can’t insure nor even ship from here using brand new Home Depot packing boxes, which are double walled with a higher crush rating than FedEx boxes, not to mention cheaper. My monthly volume with FedEx is over 25k a month and have never heard this brand new policy which only seems to exist at this branch. Strangely enough the other FedEx I brought them too accepted the boxes with no idea to what I was referring too other from this branch other than they must be trying to meet a sales goal for packing

- MCMilagros CastroDec 10, 20251.0Los deliveres que estan viniendo a la zona de 79st del west de hialeah los choferes estan trabajando muy mal los paquetes de la 79 st lo estan dejando en la 79 pl y viceversa confronte a uno y me dijo que los tienen muy precionados y que tiran los paquetes en cualquier lugar por favor tomen medidas porque es un crimes que una compania tan prestiguiosa se despretiguie por algunos trabajadores que no quieres trabajar correctamente.

They close later than other stores and their employees are super sweet and helpful! Emily helped us tonight and she was patient and knowledgeable.
