The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and I felt discriminated against during my visit. Instead of providing basic customer service, they treated me with disrespect and made an already simple process unnecessarily difficult. I strongly recommend that the management and the Board of Governors take a closer look at how this location is being run. Employees should be properly trained not only in their duties but also in treating customers with dignity and respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public service environment. I hope serious improvements are made, starting with better hiring and supervision of staff.
