- SBstacey ball3 days ago1.0Hello I am writing this hoping corporate will fix my issue, unfortunately I needed to upgrade my girlfriend phone with tmbile. They used Ups to deliver my new device , I was sent 2 alerts one saying it was delivered which was false the other 30 mins later saying to come to the ups access point located on 198street . After arriving to the location not only could they not find my device but they also said I "allegedly " received it already. I have a ring camera so that wasn't the case and they have yet to show me any proof of who picked up my device. The whole thing is a big mess I am still waiting and very disappointed. I called the store more than once spoke to the manager one time never received a call back and have been dealing with this situation going into a new month. This is not the way to handle people's packages zero accountability. I will be notifying corporate in hopes that someone there actually cares about my concerns.

On multiple occasions, they were in the back talking and taking breaks together while customers waited in long lines without assistance. There seems to be little effort to support staff during busy periods. The ownership also does not seem involved in addressing store concerns. Instead of properly investigating issues, management decisions are quickly backed without accountability. For a company that is expanding, I expected much higher standards of leadership and professionalism. Additionally, employees are not treated with respect. Terminations reportedly happen without notice or even a simple courtesy communication. Overall, this location reflects poor management and lack of workplace standards. If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!!
