My mom is an older woman and has a hard time understanding English, but Yulianna used the translation tool on her computer to communicate with us clearly. No one had ever done this before, she came by herself before and had to leave because the other agent was not able to communicate with her. She helped us tremendously. Thanks to her exceptional service, my mom will never use another logistics company again.

Someone customers have easy shipments and some of them want to send a household worth of goods and the wait time is just way too long. The employee did apologize for the wait but he is the only one here. Not his fault he is also great but needs help.
