  Shipped a small paper poster here and explicitly said I was not in a rush and wanted the cheapest option. I was told UPS Ground was the cheapest, paid over $70

  I got a QR code from Amazon to return a package, so it was free, but they asked me to pay $10 for the service because they work in a hotel and think they are better than everyone else and can charge you whatever they want.
