I was having difficulty finding the correct size box to use and one of the staff helped me and kindly gave me an appropriate size box to use. He helped me without me even asking him. He spoke kindly to everyone he assisted and helped another customer on how to pack her items efficiently. This experience gave me hope! It made me smile and made my day!! I highly recommend this location!!

She said the most she could do is scan them but couldn't provide a receipt. Scanned them in front of me one by one and still my customers are complaining and the tracking says not received yet by USPS. How can your agents refuse to provide a receipt? Why does inventory keep disappearing? Why doesn't the tracking say received when the packages were beeped in one by one in front of me. Very disappointing to be treated like cattle in a line and refused a receipt when dropping off my company's inventory. I would like a manager to reach out.
