I’m not kidding I have 1. never left a review that wasn’t a positive but I feel like people need to be warned and 2. would leave a zero star review if that was possible. The lady who helped me was so rude I was in shock. The people who shipped me my license plates forgot to add my apartment number so they were about to send it back across the country when I called this post office and got them to hold it. Upon coming in she was upset that when she asked for my ID apparently all she needed was the address to find the package in the back but that doesn't have my FL address on it. She then made me step to the side to write out my address and helped the person behind me except it took me less than 30 seconds to write it down and she helped three people behind me (no big I get that we gotta keep moving but I did start to wonder if she forgot me). when she finally brought my package out, and I swear this is what happened, she held it in her hand but out of my reach and lectured me for almost 4 minutes about how EVERYTIME YOU WRITE YOUR ADDRESS YOU SHOULD INCLUDE APP NUMBER. YOU WANT US TO KNOCK ON EVERY DOOR ASKING IF ITS YOU??? I tried to explain to her that the dealership filled that out and not me but she then pointed to the address I had just written out for her and I didn’t put it there either because that felt dumb since I’m physically picking it up and she just needed to verify it. I then tried to explain that to her and she cut me off again and just kept borderline yelling. I did not have to pay anything or had a receipt to print out so I was just standing there waiting and it got to the point where I was literally asking “can I please just have my package” and she would pull it further away from me in the air and continue to talk. I turned at one point to look at her coworker and th lady being helped next to me and the worker didn’t seem to mind but the customer looked shook and asked if I was ok when I finally got my package. I just wanted to warn everyone that although you come in for shipping purposes you might be there for 30 minutes with basically 5 of those taken up by a lecture. I now see why the lines were long. Also for that old lady with brown hair if your job makes you hate your life this much, get a new job and if your life makes you hate your job this much, get a new life.

This Main usps office must be CLEANED UP as Soon as possible.TOO MUCH DIRTY TONGUE and unrespectful employees. They must learn how to LIVE in the middle of people and if they must learn to smile sometimes. Not Even the MANAGER ON DUTY have a good attitude, only bad response when a question is made. Not look on the eyes of the people always busy on other things. MY SUGGESTION IS FIRE THE POSTMASTER AND AUTOMATICALLY everyone under her control will be fired on the spot. They deserve to work somewhere else and far away from a CUSTOMER SERVICE. We need professional workers on a so important place.

DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE FOR PASSPORTS!!!! I would give it a 0, I had an appointment for newborn baby for his passport at 10am and was told at the front when I arrived that they will have to reschedule because supposedly the system for passports was down, but their regular system worked! this is insane I come from FORTLAUDERDALE because it was the only close appointment available on a Saturday, I had my husband drive here from work and now I have nothing but to walk out with my baby on a rainy day!without his passport!! I am so upset, sad, this is crazy how this system works, don’t do appointments or at least call your customers, leave a text early if you do open at 8:30am so we don’t have to drive all the way here!!!! Worst service ever! DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE
