- BFBeth FarmerJul 19, 20221.0First let me say that the staff I have encountered at the front desk have all been friendly, helpful and polite. My problem is with the delivery staff. We had an Amazon package that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday by the post office and it didn't show up. Our cameras did not show any delivery being made to the house. I contacted the post office on Monday morning. The phone rang and rang and I was put on hold which was never answered. When I finally got to talk to someone, she bordered on rude and showed no interest in the lack of delivery. She said it showed as delivered and she had GPS to prove it. She left a copy at the front desk for me. She was not willing to do any investigation. It was totally my problem. On Tuesday morning, the package showed up sitting on the top of our mailbox. This isn't the first problem we've had with PO delivery. A couple packages went to the other side of MI, and another four streets over from us. Two were recovered because we were on top of it, and the supervising man at the PO was cooperative. The other was lost forever. People who don't care shouldn't be working with people.

Made me get out of like add my pieces of tape and then get back in line. My local post office is way better. Goes above and beyond to help and do their job. Don’t like this place at all.
